How should an organisation be shaped when intelligence participates in the work?
Operating models, authority structures and accountability paths for organisations in which humans and machine participants both act. This is design work: what a role means when its holder is not a person, where a decision may be delegated, and what has to remain with human judgement.
WHERE WE ACTUALLY AREWe have applied this to our own organisation. We are not presenting external engagements we have not done.
How does autonomous work stay accountable?
Control planes and factories that let work proceed autonomously while remaining inspectable and reversible. Boundaries are present in the execution path rather than described in a policy document, and the record of what happened is produced by doing the work rather than assembled afterwards.
WHERE WE ACTUALLY AREThis is the most proven capability we have. Both the Handoff Hub and the Website Factory are working instances of it.
How do you decide what is actually true?
Bounded experiments that turn uncertainty into evidence, structured so that a negative result is as usable as a positive one. Each experiment is instrumented, recorded and preserved — including the attempts that failed, which is where most of the learning is.
WHERE WE ACTUALLY AREThis website is itself an output of the method: manufactured under governed directives, with its failures recorded alongside its successes.
What does it take to trust a non-human worker with real authority?
How machine participants acquire durable identity, bounded authority and institutional knowledge — and what accountability means when the worker is not a person.
WHERE WE ACTUALLY AREThis is an open line of enquiry, not a system we have built. We are naming it because it matters, not because it is finished.
